In order for us to complete your quilt, please scroll to the bottom and use the graphic links to add your pattern, backing, batting, and binding to shopping cart. Or use the detailed checklist below to add required items to your shopping cart. Or you can download and fill out this form and email to us.

Detailed Checklist with links:

  1. Choose a pattern for your quilt from either our Standard Pattern List (approx. 2.5 cents per sq. inch) or Deluxe Pattern List (approx. 6 cents per sq. inch) and add it to your cart. You will then need to pick either Standard or Deluxe Longarm Quilting Service in the next step for proper pricing to be applied. We have many other patterns available if desired, email or call for options.
  2. Scroll down and add either Standard Longarm quilting service or Deluxe Longarm quilting service and choose proper size to cart from links below. All longarm quilting is Edge to Edge unless custom orders are discussed and approved.
  3. Add Quilt Batting of proper size to your cart. (We use Cotton batting by default, but custom batting types available via email or call).
  4. Add Quilt Backing of proper size to your cart or choose "Do your own Backing" option. (Backing is Quilter's choice by default, but email or call if you have preference. BE SURE to leave at least 5" extra on ALL FOUR sides if you provide your own, and stitch horizontally if pieced to allow for proper machine alignment.
  5. Add Quilt Binding to cart (same cost for all sizes) or choose "Do your own Binding" and add to cart.
  6. Choose Quilting Thread Colors from link below and add to cart. If not chosen, White or Quilter's choice thread color will be used.
  7. If you want Priority 7 day Rush Quilt Services processing (same cost for all sizes, does not include binding time), please add that to your cart.
  8. Open your shopping cart (at top right corner), verify all items and choose payment method. 
  9. Please do not mail your quilt, backing, etc. to us until we have confirmed your order and requested shipment.
